LIGHT TRAIL RUNNER
With light protection and less weight, the Gecko XT running shoes have been designed for those who live life fast and desire achievement. They focus on heightening experience on the trail with a highly tacky outsole compound named the GeckoTrac. These low-top trainers feature a comfortable instep, exceptional durability and wet grip, perfect for taking on the road and trail, while the sole pattern has been given more tread depth and a purpose-driven layout. New ASICS Gecko technology provides high grip on various terrain, from rocks to roots. GeckoTrac rubber has been developed at ASICS to ensure feet stay firmly on the ground, whether the surface is dry or wet. These trail shoes have been crafted using our lightest midsole material, 50% lighter than an EVA midsole, making it a cushioned and comfortable choice for tough exercise. A mesh upper ensures platform stability, as the full-length FlyteFoam midsole offers runners a responsive ride with a forefoot rock plate. Underfoot, a durable last ensures a better trail feel with a wider forefoot, a comfortable toe splay and wider base nets. Full ground contact means you can push the boundaries on technical terrain, as well as the treadmill.
